1.) After our initial meeting, if it makes sense to move forward with a marketing program, we will begin the RESEARCH and ANALYSIS . We will analyze your current situation, marketplace, competition, and do a situational analysis. This process provides the information to formulate a plan that will meet your objectives and reduce wasted expenditures.
2.) THE PLAN – After analyzing your needs we will present a comprehensive plan for your review. Once it is agreed upon by you , it becomes the road map we use to help you build your business and reduce unnecessary expenses.
3.) EXECUTION – Based on your original agreement, we will begin executing the plan and our team will work for you (or in conjunction with a designated staff member) to meet the objectives set out in the plan.
4.) FOLLOW UP/EVALUATION - Each element of the plan will have follow up mechanisms built in based on your needs. We will assess the results and make ongoing adjustments and recommendations. Frequency of meetings will be determined based on your need.
5.) ONGOING SERVICES - We become the point of contact for your marketing and media so you don’t have to be distracted by salespeople… you simply refer them to us and we will determine if they fit the plan and are the best choice. We can handle all media and collateral purchasing to get you great pricing and maximize your investment.
